This is the opportunity of a lifetime! World renounced financial firm needs a Project Manager (combination of PA/Ea). Four year college degree out of a top tier school required. This is an extremely visible posion. Must have excellent public speaking skills to support the Board of Directors. Responsibilities include:
Scheduling 12 board members (they are all CEO`s for various firms)
Intimately interact with Board member`s staff
Speaking engagements
Technology: event coordination
Correspondence
Personal Assistant - must be available 24/7.
Travel both domestic and internationally
Must know people on the team maticulously
Gatekeeper for Board
Budgeting
Coordinating
Please note there is an extensive background check!
Salary is flexible. Need at least six years of experience post college. Prefer candidate who has supported a Board.
Salary to 130+ paid OT + Bonus eligible
